The GW32 Fixture Landscape

Before diving into picks, here's the gameweek at a glance. The teams with the easiest assignments are:

Team Fixture FDR
West Ham WHU H vs Wolves 2
Man Utd MUN H vs Leeds 2
Liverpool LIV H vs Fulham 2
Brighton BHA A @ Burnley 2
Brentford BRE H vs Everton 3
Nott'm Forest NF H vs Aston Villa 3
Arsenal ARS H vs Bournemouth 3

FDR 2 fixtures at home are where differentials can really go off. Let's get into them.

1. Morgan Gibbs-White — Nott'm Forest (MID, £7.4m, 5.0% TSB)

Morgan Gibbs-White

GW32 fixture: Nott'm Forest H vs Aston Villa (FDR 3)

The highest-EP differential in the entire game this week. Morgan Gibbs-White has been phenomenal for Nott'm Forest this season — 9 goals and 2 assists in 30 starts, 133 total points, and an expected goals total of 8.32 that shows this is not a flash in the pan. He's the heartbeat of a Forest side that love to exploit home advantage.

Key stats:

  • EP Next GW: 7.0 (joint highest of any sub-10% TSB player)
  • Form: 7.0 (elite)
  • Points Per Game: 4.3
  • xGI this season: 10.45 (xG 8.32 + xA 2.13)
  • Starts: 30/31 — a guaranteed starter

Forest at home vs Villa is tricky on paper (FDR 3) but Forest have been ruthless on home soil. At just 5.0% ownership, a Gibbs-White haul would be a rank-climber of the highest order. He's the standout differential pick in GW32.

2. Danny Welbeck — Brighton (FWD, £6.2m, 4.9% TSB)

Danny Welbeck

GW32 fixture: Brighton A @ Burnley (FDR 2)

Welbeck is this season's ultimate "how is he only 5% owned?" player. Twelve Premier League goals with zero assists tells you everything about his poacher instincts — when Brighton create (and they do, a lot), chances go through Welbeck. His xGI of 11.56 ranks among the best FPL forwards not at a top-6 club.

Key stats:

  • EP Next GW: 6.5
  • Form: 6.0
  • Goals: 12 | Assists: 0
  • xGI: 11.56 (excellent)
  • Starts: 20 — rotates, but a starter when fit
  • Transfers in this week: +124,414 — the secret is out

That +124k transfer in figure is a red flag that ownership will jump, but at under 5% now, pulling the trigger early still gives you differential value. Burnley away is a genuine FDR 2 opportunity.

3. Mikkel Damsgaard — Brentford (MID, £5.6m, 0.9% TSB)

Mikkel Damsgaard

GW32 fixture: Brentford H vs Everton (FDR 3)

The ultra-differential. At 0.9% ownership, Damsgaard is basically invisible to the FPL community — which is criminal given his output. Seven goal involvements (3G/4A), an xGI of 5.98, and he's been in excellent form lately. Brentford at home to an Everton side who have been poor all season is an inviting fixture.

Key stats:

  • EP Next GW: 5.8
  • Form: 5.8 (hot)
  • Goals: 3 | Assists: 4
  • xGI: 5.98
  • Starts: 18 — rotation risk but in-form

The rotation risk is real — Frank keeps his squad fresh. But when Damsgaard starts, the returns come. If you want a genuine wildcard differential with massive upside and near-zero downside risk to your rank, 0.9% TSB is as unique as it gets.

4. Matías Cunha — Man Utd (MID, £8.0m, 8.3% TSB)

Matías Cunha

GW32 fixture: Man Utd H vs Leeds (FDR 2)

Cunha sits at 8.3% ownership despite being the most creative player at Old Trafford this season. Seven goals, four assists, and an xGI of 8.45 — he's involved in everything when fit and started. Leeds at home is as generous as Man United fixtures get right now.

Key stats:

  • EP Next GW: 5.7
  • Form: 5.2
  • Goals: 7 | Assists: 4
  • xGI: 8.45
  • Starts: 24 — starter when fit
  • Transfers in this week: +33,808

At 8.3%, Cunha straddles the line between differential and semi-template. But he's still low enough that a big haul separates you from the majority. With Man Utd hosting Championship side Leeds (FDR 2), expect goals — and Cunha to be in the middle of them.

5. Neco Williams — Nott'm Forest (DEF, £4.7m, 3.0% TSB)

Neco Williams

GW32 fixture: Nott'm Forest H vs Aston Villa (FDR 3)

A dirt-cheap Forest defender who contributes at both ends. Three assists and a solid xA of 3.32 show he's involved in the attack, and Forest have been excellent defensively at home. For £4.7m he's an exceptional budget option with real clean sheet and assist potential.

Key stats:

  • EP Next GW: 5.2
  • Form: 5.2
  • Assists: 3 | xA: 3.32
  • Minutes: 2,618 — near ever-present
  • Starts: 30 — automatic starter
  • Transfers in: +16,317

If you're tight on budget but want a slice of the Forest home fixture, Williams is your vehicle. He bombs forward, takes corners and set-pieces, and at 3.0% TSB a goal or assist from him is a genuine rank-climber.

6. Jan Paul van Hecke — Brighton (DEF, £4.5m, 5.1% TSB)

Jan Paul van Hecke

GW32 fixture: Brighton A @ Burnley (FDR 2)

The £4.5m price point is almost incomprehensible for a player who has scored 3 goals and registered 2 assists from defence. Brighton's high defensive line makes centre-back goal involvement a real thing, and van Hecke has been a key beneficiary. Burnley away (FDR 2) should be a clean sheet attempt.

Key stats:

  • EP Next GW: 5.3
  • Form: 4.8
  • Goals: 3 | Assists: 2
  • xGI: 3.34
  • Starts: 29 — permanent fixture
  • Transfers in: +71,114 — huge this week

The +71k transfer surge shows people are waking up to him. Still at 5.1% though — grab him before he crosses the 10% line and loses his differential edge.

7. Alexis Mac Allister — Liverpool (MID, £6.3m, 2.5% TSB)

Alexis Mac Allister

GW32 fixture: Liverpool H vs Fulham (FDR 2)

Mac Allister at 2.5% ownership is arguably the most under-the-radar combination of team quality and fixture quality in GW32. Liverpool host Fulham in an FDR 2 tie — Anfield, strong form, near-certain clean sheet opportunity. His 5 goal involvements (2G/3A) undersell how important he is to Liverpool's build-up play.

Key stats:

  • EP Next GW: 5.5
  • Form: 5.0
  • Goals: 2 | Assists: 3
  • xGI: 4.62
  • Starts: 26 — dependable starter

Liverpool keep it tight at home and Mac Allister is a set-piece threat too. At £6.3m with 2.5% ownership, a big haul here goes undetected by almost everyone in your mini-league.

8. Jarrod Bowen — West Ham (FWD, £7.6m, 8.8% TSB)

Jarrod Bowen

GW32 fixture: West Ham H vs Wolves (FDR 2)

Bowen is the highest-ownership pick in this list at 8.8%, but that's still a minority of managers — and in the right mini-league he's very much a differential. The stats back him up: 8 goals, 7 assists, and an xGI of 10.19 this season. West Ham at home to Wolves (FDR 2) is one of the better home fixtures of the round.

Key stats:

  • EP Next GW: 5.3
  • Form: 4.8
  • Goals: 8 | Assists: 7
  • xGI: 10.19 (elite for a non-top-6 forward)
  • Starts: 31 — ever-present
  • Transfers in: +63,501

If you want a higher-floor differential — someone who contributes week after week and won't bench himself — Bowen at West Ham home is a safe choice. That +63,501 transfer figure means others are thinking the same thing.

9. Diego Gómez — Brighton (MID, £4.9m, 0.4% TSB)

Diego Gómez

GW32 fixture: Brighton A @ Burnley (FDR 2)

The wildest differential in the list. 0.4% ownership. £4.9m. 5 goals and 1 assist from a Brighton midfielder. His xGI of 6.86 is genuinely impressive for a player almost nobody owns. If you want the most outrageous rank-climbing pick of GW32, Diego Gómez is your man. The caveat: he rotates, and Brighton have many attacking options.

Key stats:

  • EP Next GW: 5.5
  • Form: 5.0
  • Goals: 5 | Assists: 1
  • xGI: 6.86
  • Starts: 23 — rotation risk
  • Transfers in: +9,040

Brutal ceiling, honest rotation risk. If he starts at Burnley and goes off, the points are yours and almost nobody else's.

Our Top Differential Picks by Category

Biggest ceiling play: Gibbs-White (EP 7.0, only 5% own him — a haul here is worth green arrows everywhere)

Budget differential: Van Hecke (£4.5m, Brighton vs Burnley, 3 goals + 2 assists from defence)

Ultra-rare wildcard: Diego Gómez (0.4% TSB — if he starts this is unmissable)

Safest differential: Bowen (8.8% but consistent, FDR 2 home, and delivers double-digit xGI seasons)
