FPL Lab is a web-based platform that provides Fantasy Premier League analytics, statistics, and tools to help users make informed decisions in their Fantasy Premier League gameplay.

The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Player statistics and performance analytics
• Live points tracking during gameweeks
• Player projections and expected points calculations
• Fixture difficulty ratings and analysis
• Team planning and transfer suggestion tools
• Market watch and price change tracking

As a user of FPL Lab, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

FPL Lab sources data from the official Fantasy Premier League API and other publicly available sources. We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for the Service to function.

When you enter your FPL Manager ID, this information may be stored locally in your browser to enhance your experience. We do not store or transmit personal data to third parties without your consent.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, FPL Lab makes no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the data provided.

No FPL Success Guarantee: The tools and analytics provided are for informational purposes only. We cannot guarantee improved Fantasy Premier League performance or results.

Third-Party Data: We rely on external APIs and data sources which may be temporarily unavailable or inaccurate. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party data sources.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FPL Lab and its creator. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Fantasy Premier League is a trademark of The Football Association Premier League Limited. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may discontinue your use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
